DELIVERY:

  • Free standard delivery within the United States for orders over $225
  • Orders placed with standard shipping will ship within 2-3 business days. Overnight orders must be received by 11am PST in order to be sent out same day. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

    • Free Returns

      We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your order has been shipped to request a return. The short return window is due to limited product supplies and a short selling season.  If your return request is approved, we will pay for the return and email you the label.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it , unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

      To start a return, please email info@teameventshop.com . Please advise your order number, which item you'd like to return, and the reason why. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first emailing our team will not be accepted.

      Refunds

      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

      Damages and issues

      Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of the ordered items are defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

      Sale items are returnable unless otherwise noted as "Final Sale".
