DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Free standard delivery within the United States for orders of or over $225
• Orders placed with standard shipping will ship within 2-3 business days. Overnight orders must be received by 11am PST in order to be sent out same day. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

• Free returns accepted within 14 days of shipping date.  NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 14 DAYS OF INITIAL SHIPPING DATE. Returns on Merchandise must be unworn (other than to try on), unwashed and undamaged with all original tags attached. Please note we are a small business with limited supply and a short selling season.
• To initiate a return, please start by filling out the RETURNS FORM. Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label for you to print out and affix to your package. Please ship back using the same box you received your order in. Once we receive back the item(s), we will issue you a refund. Please ship back your return item(s) within 3 days of receiving your return label. 
• For SIZE EXCHANGES, please follow the returns process and then order the new size needed. 
• TEAM EVENT LLC holds the right to deny any refund that does not meet all policy requirements and will be sent back to you. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for refund.
